Purpose
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishes the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will deliver the Cash and Credit software product, including installation, operational support, and additional services, to the Client.
Scope — Installation
The Service Provider agrees to install and configure the Cash and Credit software product at the Client's premises. A one-time installation charge of PKR {ProductCost} / Office.
Scope — Database
The Service Provider will host the Client's database on Shared Database Hosting @ PKR {MonthlyHostingCost} per Month and paid annually PKR {AnnualHostingCost}/- per annum.
Payment — Installation
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a one-time installation fee of PKR {ProductCost} / Office upon the execution of this MOU.
Payment — Database
Billing for Shared Database is PKR {MonthlyHostingCost}/- Month. Minimum Services purchased are for one year PKR {AnnualHostingCost}/- per annum.
Term
This MOU shall commence on the date of signing and remain in effect until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information shared as part of this agreement and to use such information only for the purposes outlined in this MOU.
Amendment
This MOU may be amended or modified only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
Governing Law
This MOU shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
